Frame Return and Warranty Policy

1) RX Orders - Frames purchased via an RX Order may be returned at full exchange credit, minus a 15% restocking fee, up to 60 days from the original date of purchase as long as the returned frames are in new condition and returned in original packaging, including any cases or accessories that were included with the frames. Discounted, Discontinued or Closeout Frame Sales are final and may not be returned and will not be covered under warranty.

2) Stock Orders – Regular priced frames purchased for stock may be returned up to six (6) months after original date of purchase at full exchange credit, minus a 15% restocking fee, provided they have not been worn, are in new condition and returned in original packaging, including any cases or accessories that were included with the frames. Discounted, Discontinued or Closeout Frame Sales are final and may not be returned and will not be covered under warranty.

3) Warranties - Each frame also carries a one (1) year manufacturer defect warranty that covers defects in the frame. Frames may be returned under this manufacturer defect warranty for credit exchange and will be covered and credited if it is found in our sole discretion that there was a defect in the workmanship and quality of the frame. The manufacturer defect warranty does not cover nor credit frames which suffered or were damaged from normal wear and tear and/or abuse, accident or misuse. Discounted, Discontinued and Closeout frame sales are final and may not be returned and are not covered under return policies or warranties.

4) Policies Applicable to all returns and warranties – All returns must include proof of purchase in order to be processed. All items returned and the cost associated with shipping or returning such items are the responsibility of the customer. Discounted, Discontinued and Closeout frame sales are final and may not be returned and are not covered under return policies or warranties.
